 Nikki is a certified pediatric
nurse with previous work experience of 18 years at Childrens Hospital of Austin as head nurse of the
infants/toddlers unit. She's been with Dr. Caldwell for over 14 years and directs patient education both in
the office and over the phone. You're always welcome to call with your concerns. Nikki loves cookbooks, yoga,
photography, and shopping till she drops.

 Barb is an LVN and specializes in patient flow along
with being our expert on vaccines. She has been with Dr. Caldwell for over 24 years, and has watched so many
children grow up before her eyes. She is a champion for rescuing cats and does extensive volunteer work for the pet
food bank and other charities.

 Candy is our office manager. Her background is in
marketing and she keeps us on our toes. She has both of her children at Texas Tech. She enjoys being with her family, traveling and watching HGTV.

 Brittany is our lab manager. She came
to us from Setonâs outpatient pharmacy and is great with kids. Her ability to put children at ease is
a plus and she has the greatest stickers! She and her husband have 2 little boys that are the center of
their lives. She enjoys spending time with her family and trying new recipes. She graduated from UT Austin and is continuing her studies attending the ACC nursing program.

 Dawn is our billing manager plus customer service
guru. If you have a question about anything that concerns insurance or payments--she is your contact! She has
been with Dr. Caldwell for over 9 years. She, her husband and son welcomed a new baby girl this year to complete their family. She enjoys watching her son play basketball and playing with the baby.

 Tuesday is our front office manager. She greets
our patients with understanding and compassion. Tuesday has years of customer service experience and can help
direct your concerns to the right person. She and her husband just had their first child and understand what new
parents are going through--just ask her! She loves her dogs and biking with her family.

Monica and Gretchen are our wonderful part-timers. We
love them both! Gretchen graduated from UT Austin and is applying to nursing schools to continue her medical education.
